At that point, a portion of your payment isn't just "a deposit" — it's fuel we've already burned getting things moving.
Our refund policy exists to keep things fair. It protects the time and effort we put in while ensuring clients know exactly what to expect. We promise to handle every situation with professionalism and respect — but let's be clear: we can't rewind work already done or un-spend the hours our team has invested.
A 20% initial token payment is required to begin any website or mobile application development project.
This token amount is non-refundable once the work has commenced, as it covers project planning, resource allocation, and initial development efforts.
If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, the 20% token will be retained by Chaudhary, and no refund will be issued for this amount.
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
If no work has started and the client requests a cancellation before the agreed project start date, a full refund of the token amount will be issued.
If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to reasons solely attributable to our team, a partial or full refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances.
Although all our products and services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you encounter irreparable defects that prevent the proper functioning of our software or services, you may be eligible for a refund. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval of your refund request.
A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screenshots) of each type of product offered before making a purchase.
No refunds will be issued if:
Payments made for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing, are non-refundable once campaigns are live, as they involve third-party expenses and immediate execution.
For monthly subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
